Service Terms & Booking Information

Terms & Conditions

Clear terms for consultations, IT project management consultancy, service arrangements, communication, payments and project delivery.

These Terms & Conditions set out the general basis on which MEDIAWISE PROJECT provides IT project management consultancy, coordination and related project support services.

By requesting, booking or proceeding with a service, the customer agrees to the service arrangements confirmed for the relevant project, together with these Terms & Conditions. Where a written service arrangement contains specific terms for a particular project, those terms will apply to that project where they differ from these general conditions.

Important Booking Rule

Consultation and service requests must normally be made at least 1 day in advance. Same-day bookings are not available. A booking request is not treated as confirmed until MEDIAWISE PROJECT has reviewed the requirements and confirmed the service arrangement.

02 Services and Scope

MEDIAWISE PROJECT provides IT project management consultancy designed to help businesses plan, organise and coordinate technology-related projects.

Depending on the service selected, support may include:

  • IT project planning and coordination.
  • Organising project requirements and priorities.
  • Structuring project activities, actions and responsibilities.
  • Implementation coordination and follow-up.
  • Delivery tracking and project status organisation.
  • Communication and coordination with relevant suppliers or third parties.
  • Practical project guidance and support with project administration.

The services are consultancy and project coordination services. They do not include the sale of hardware, software licensing, telecommunications services, hosting or technical installation unless a separate written arrangement expressly states otherwise.

03 Consultation and Service Booking

Customers may contact MEDIAWISE PROJECT to request a consultation or project service. The request should provide enough information for the service requirements to be understood and reviewed.

Minimum Notice

Booking requests must normally be submitted at least 1 day before the requested consultation or service time. Same-day service requests are not available.

Confirmation

A request, enquiry or submitted contact form does not by itself create a confirmed appointment. Confirmation is provided after the requirements and availability have been reviewed.

MEDIAWISE PROJECT may request additional information before confirming a service. The agreed service time, scope and applicable arrangements will be communicated through official channels.

04 Payment Arrangements

Payment arrangements are confirmed after the service requirements have been reviewed. The amount payable depends on the service and project requirements confirmed with the customer.

MEDIAWISE PROJECT does not process online payments through this website. After the service details have been reviewed and confirmed, customers receive payment information and booking arrangements through official communication channels.

Available payment methods may vary depending on the service agreement and customer requirements. Customers should use only payment information confirmed through the official communication channels of MEDIAWISE PROJECT.

Service pricing Pricing is based on the service selected and the scope confirmed with the customer.
Payment information Payment arrangements are provided after service requirements have been reviewed.
Online website payment Payments are not processed directly through this website.
Project-specific arrangements Where a project requires a specific payment arrangement, the agreed arrangement will be communicated before the relevant service proceeds.

05 Service Delivery and Project Work

Services are delivered according to the scope, requirements, information and priorities agreed with the customer.

Depending on the service, project work may involve reviewing requirements, preparing project structures, organising actions, coordinating communications, tracking progress and providing practical project management guidance.

Service times and delivery periods may vary depending on the complexity of the project, the amount of information available, customer decisions and the involvement of other parties.

Any estimated delivery period is intended as a reasonable working indication rather than a guarantee of completion on a particular date unless a specific written commitment has been agreed.

Where work has been completed in stages, MEDIAWISE PROJECT may treat each completed stage as part of the service already delivered, even where additional project stages remain.

06 Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and reasonably complete information required for the agreed consultancy or project coordination service.

  • Provide relevant project information and requirements in a timely manner.
  • Provide appropriate access to information or documents where these are necessary for the agreed consultancy work.
  • Review information, recommendations or project documents and provide decisions where required.
  • Notify MEDIAWISE PROJECT of material changes to project requirements as soon as reasonably possible.
  • Ensure that information supplied to MEDIAWISE PROJECT may lawfully be used for the agreed project purpose.

Delays caused by missing information, delayed approvals or changes in customer requirements may affect the timing or scope of the service.

07 Supplier and Third-Party Coordination

Some projects may involve communication with external suppliers, technology providers or other third parties. MEDIAWISE PROJECT may help organise communications, track actions, follow up on outstanding items and support project coordination.

Supplier coordination is a project management and consultancy activity. MEDIAWISE PROJECT does not control the independent decisions, availability, pricing, delivery schedules, technical performance or commercial commitments of another party.

Any supplier information or project status communicated by MEDIAWISE PROJECT is based on the information available at the relevant time. Customers remain responsible for decisions concerning third-party products, services and agreements.

MEDIAWISE PROJECT does not guarantee that an external supplier will meet its own contractual, delivery or commercial commitments.

08 Changes to Service Requirements

Customers may request changes to an agreed service or project. Any material change may require the scope, price or delivery arrangement to be reviewed before the additional work proceeds.

Minor Changes

Small adjustments that remain within the agreed scope may normally be incorporated where reasonably practical.

Material Changes

A substantial change to requirements, project direction, deliverables or workload may require a revised service arrangement before work continues.

MEDIAWISE PROJECT will communicate any material change to the agreed scope or service arrangement before proceeding with additional work where reasonably practicable.

09 Cancellation and Refunds

Customers should normally provide at least 24 hours’ notice when requesting cancellation of a confirmed consultation or service.

A cancellation requested more than 24 hours before the agreed service time may normally be considered for a refund where the service has not started and no completed work or specific non-refundable arrangement applies.

Cancellation within 24 hours may still be requested, but a refund is not guaranteed where preparation, reserved service time or project work has already been carried out.

Once a service has started, completed work is not normally refundable. Where only part of a project has been completed, the completed and unused portions may be reviewed separately.

More than 24 hours before service Cancellation can normally be requested. Eligible unused payments may be considered for refund.
Within 24 hours Cancellation can be requested, but any refund depends on the work already carried out, preparation completed and service time reserved.
After service starts Completed work is normally non-refundable. Any unused portion may be reviewed according to the agreed service arrangement.
After completion A completed service or deliverable is not normally refundable simply because the customer decides not to continue with further work.

Further details are set out in the separate Cancellation & Refund Policy.

10 Responsibility and Limitations

MEDIAWISE PROJECT provides consultancy, coordination and practical project guidance based on the information and requirements available at the time of the service.

Project outcomes can depend on customer decisions, internal resources, third-party suppliers, technical environments, information supplied by the customer and circumstances outside MEDIAWISE PROJECT’s reasonable control.

MEDIAWISE PROJECT does not guarantee a particular commercial, technical or operational outcome where that outcome depends on decisions or actions of the customer, suppliers, software providers, technical providers or other third parties.

Customers remain responsible for making final business, technical and commercial decisions based on their own requirements and circumstances.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude or limit any responsibility or legal right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions creates an employment, partnership, agency or joint venture relationship between MEDIAWISE PROJECT and the customer unless expressly agreed in writing.
